TOKU SUP (operated by Jason Tong, sole trader, ABN 40 769 021 867) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your personal information.

What we collect. Your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, order details, and messages you send us. Payment card details are processed by Shopify Payments and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it. To process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations. If you sign up for emails (including through our Instagram or Facebook shop), we'll also send you offers and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Who we share it with. Only the services we need to run the store: Shopify (our store platform), payment processors, Australia Post and other delivery carriers, our accountant, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) if you shop or sign up through them. We do not sell your personal information.

Overseas storage. Some of these providers, including Shopify, store data outside Australia.

Cookies. Our websites use cookies to run the shopping cart, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Access and correction. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@tokusup.com.

Complaints. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, email us and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
