These terms apply to purchases from TOKU SUP (tokusup.com and shop.tokusup.com), operated by Jason Tong, sole trader, ABN 40 769 021 867, Sydney, NSW, Australia. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products. We sell imported Japanese sports nutrition products. They are foods, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label, including allergen information, before use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or food allergy, or take medication, check with a health professional before use.

2. Prices and payment. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify. If an item was priced incorrectly, we'll contact you before processing the order.

3. Discounts. Discount codes and offers are subject to their stated conditions, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be combined unless we say so.

4. Orders and availability. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. Stock is limited. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll let you know and refund you in full for that item.

5. Shipping. Delivery costs, times and details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only.

6. Returns and refunds. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law.

8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding the price paid.

9. Website content. All content on our websites, including text, images and the TOKU SUP name and logo, belongs to TOKU SUP or its licensors and may not be used without permission. Product names and images of brands we import belong to their respective owners.

10. Privacy. We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
